Stone Creek Kitchen offers fresh, wholesome and delicious food, for lunch and dinner, Monday through Saturday.  The food from our kitchen is made from the best seasonal ingredients we can find and prepared with love and care. Although you can probably count on the availability of our bestseller list, our offerings change with the seasons, the availability of perfectly fresh ingredients, and what might be inspiring our cooks.  If our produce folk deliver a flat of juicy fruit then something sweet will be added to the menu without warning!  Our kitchen crew is busy creating dishes from scratch so you don’t have to!   We have an indoor seating area.

Paella Friday!

Truly a party in a pan, we make paella fresh every Friday so that you can start your weekend off in the most festive way possible.  Come have it for lunch or stop by and pick some up on your way home!  We sell our paella by the pound and it can be packaged  into a To Go box for you.  Simply reheat it when you are ready to serve it. It will be even better the next day.

We specialize in traditional Spanish paella which is typically made with poultry, dry Spanish chorizo, seafood, chicken, bomba rice, smoked piquillo peppers, wine, and seasonal vegetables.

Our 15″ pan of paella contains only 3 cups of rice so it is a very rich and abundant dish.  Our paella costs $16.99 a pound.


Need a Pan for a Party?

Call us on Wednesday to arrange to take an entire pan of paella home (or to the beach!) on Friday.  It is offered in 15″ pans which will feed between 8 to 10 people generously.  We charge for the weight of the paella in the pan.  This will vary from pan to pan since each is individually crafted.  Generally a pan of paella weighs between 8 and 10 pounds. The weight of the pan itself if deducted from the total.

Pan Deposit: If you arrange to take your paella home in a pan, we ask for a deposit equal to the pan’s retail price.  If you bring the pan back we will refund your deposit.  Or, you may keep the pan so that you can make paella at home.

What do I serve with paella?

Starters might include Spanish cheeses, marinated olives.  And don’t forget the Marcona almonds!  Look in our Fresh Pack department for ideas and supplies.

Consider serving a crisp green salad with the paella. And, of course, some sangria or Spanish wine.  Ask us for wine recommendations. We carry lots of reasonably priced, ready to drink wine that pairs perfectly with paella.

We offer an array of fresh, wholesome and delicious dishes.  In addition to sandwiches and salads, a number of main dishes are available for lunch and dinner.  The menu is always changing and is very seasonal.  Below find the current menu.

 

Sandwiches 

All of our sandwiches are made with fresh baked breads and hand slice meats and cheeses.  We try to have all of the following options available everyday, but you should call us if you want to confirm a specific menu item. 

Turkey & Avocado  – Turkey, avocado, pepper jack cheese, baby greens, herb mayo on Whole Grain Bread.

Ham Stack – Ham, Fig Spread, Provolone Cheese, Red Onions, Arugula, on fresh baked Raisin Pecan Loaf

Mediterranean Chicken Stack  – Grilled Chicken, Artichoke Hearts, Fresh Basil, Boursin Cheese, Piquillo Peppers on Fresh Baked Olive Loaf.

The Sexy Turkey – Sliced Turkey, Crisp Bacon, Ripe Avocado, Lettuce with “Sexy Butter” on Whole Grain Bread.

The Italian – Salami, Mortadella with Truffles, Provolone, Pepperoncini Peppers, Herb Mayo, Muffaletta Spread, Pan Rustic Bread.

The Reuben – Pastrami, Sauerkraut, Swiss Cheese, Grilled Onions, “Sexy” Mayo, on Sourdough Bread.

Curried Chicken Salad – Roasted Chicken, Celery, Chives, Red Onion, Mayonnaise, Fig Jam, Curry Powder, Salt, Pepper, Herbs & Spices on a freshly baked Raisin Pecan bread.

Veggie Stack on Whole Grain Bread – Hummus, Cheese, Avocado, Carrots, Piquillo Peppers,  Cucumber, Sprouts, Salt & Pepper on freshly baked Whole Grain Bread.

Veggie Roll – Greek Dolmas, Carrots, Cucumbers, Hummus, Fresh Herbs, Spicy Chili Peppers with Greek Yogurt Sauce all spun up High Roller Bread.

Super Sassy Turkey Melt – Turkey, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Jalapeno Cream Cheese, Grilled Onions, Pickled Jalapenos on Cheesy Jalapeno Bread and then grilled!

East Coast West Coast – Turkey, Ham, Pastrami, Swiss Cheese, Sauerkraut, Pickles, Red Onion, Sexy Mayo on Sourdough bread.

Pretzel Bun – Pastrami, Swiss Cheese, Dill Pickle, Dijon Mustard, Red Onion, Horseradish on a petite Pretzel Bun with Pumpkin Seed Dash on top.

Pintxos – Salami Finocchiona, Piquillo Peppers, Provolone Cheese, Sexy Butter on a petite house-baked Focaccia Roll.

Peanut Butter & Organic Strawberry Jelly on Whole Grain Bread.

Daily Tartine – A daily assortment of open faced sandwiches on hearty toasted bread.

Entrees 

Grilled King Salmon – Bathed in a buttery citrus sauce. On the Aquarium’s “Best Choice” list.  From New Zealand.

Szechuan Chicken – Chicken Thighs doused in our sweet and spicy Szechuan sauce.

Rich Veggie Curry  – Assorted Vegetables, Tomatoes, Coconut Milk, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Olive Olive, Herbs & Spices.

Spaghetti & Meatball   Pasta, Tomato Sauce, Cheese, Eggs, Beef, Pork, Breadcrumbs, Cream, Salt, Pepper, Herbs & Spices.

Tartettes – Puff pastry filled with herby Boursin Cheese and perfectly various wonderful things depending on the season and our mood:  Variations include ripe tomatoes, fresh asparagus, marinated artichoke hearts.

  • Acme Coffee Roasting Company is the coffee we drip to order on demand.  We also sell beans from this small batch, coffee roaster based in Seaside.  Their motto? “Resist corporate coffee”
  • Swank Farms, Miyashita Nursery, Gizdich Ranch, Farmer Pat’s Labor of Love, and Earthbound Farm provide us with a wide of variety of organic fruits, vegetables and flowers for use in our kitchen.

Olive Oils & Vinegars


Come in and taste various olive oils, vinegars we offer.

We carry a wide variety of olive oil from Italy, Spain, Greece and California.  We can offer you a taste of each so that you can determine which type and style you prefer.

We also offer two “house” olive oils because we think every kitchen should have both a “lubricant” grade and a “condiment” quality oil for various uses.  Although both our house oils are high quality extra virgin olive oil, our lubricant oil is especially good for sautéing, roasting and frying.  And our condiment oil is recommended for dressing, dipping, drizzling.

We also feature premium quality house balsamic vinegar with a robust fruity flavor.
